Vestry Meeting is January 29, 2012, where we will gather to review our previous year, make plans for the new year, and approve our budget.  We also elect and/or appoint our Wardens and Parish Council.  In order to be as prepared as possible for the decisions that need to be made, we need to review our previous year and ensure we are familiar with the various ministries and needs of Holy Trinity.  To assis you, we anticipate having our Vestry Report available for you the week before the meeting.
Vestry reports are to be submitted to Mary Campbell by January 8, 2012.  If you have any questions, please contact Canon Marian.
The Vestry meeting will follow a shortened Morning Prayer serivce and a light lunch will be served, compliments of your Parish Council.

Special appeal  The Glen Cairn Community Resource Centre is in desperate need of children's snack-type food. eg. apples, oranges, raising, pudding cups, granola bars, etc.  We are going to do our best to alleviate some of this need for the month of February.  As much of this type of food is best when fresh.  We will be gathering it together on the last Sunday of January (Jan 29) for delivery that week.
